Ok so I got a MOMO start seat, and it sucks after ~2hours on the road. Thats ok right now bc my head is ringing enough after 1 hour that I cant even think about it. But I will be getting an exhaust soon.

So what options do I have to confort my azz and back. I used a couple towels and they help for a little while but I need more uh... support.

 

Maybe one of those foam donuts used for hemorroid patients?

I'm really not kidding.

Depending on where yo are located-there should be an old-fashioned REAL auto trim shop near you. We have one around the corner from me that does custom/race/street rods as well as regular repairs. Point is that these shops can customize the seat for you for a very reasonable price. My Prelude seat was redone for ~$40 and the Sparco REV race seat will get the bolsters heavied up shortly.
If you are looking for the 2-part foam deal that is yet a different story. It requires a real pro to do it right.
