obd1 and obd2 questions
Can you use an obd2 distibutor with an obd1 ecu? I swapped heads on my 95' civic with the head and distributor from a 97' I'm getting engine codes 1 and 4 could this be my problem, thanks.

How does the car run after the swap?
I can see it throwing a code 4, OBDI used a crank angle sensor located in the distributor assy, and OBDII used a sensor located near the crank pulley, I do not know what year the crank angle sensor was actually moved down "below" and replaced with the CYP sensor in the distributor.. but I do believe it was right around 97..
