Default TINT law

ok in NYC the legal tint is 70% on the sides and anything on the back window but i want to see out my back window and still be legal all around . should i go with 80% tint on back windshield and 65% on sides and door windows OR 65% all around? I cant do 80% all round cause this is illegal and i will get a summons if i have the tint on the sides. thanks if anyone has pics of 65% tint (35% light gets through) on a civic coupe or any coupe please show pics.

What are you talking about?n 65% tint is like clear plastic. i have 50%reflective on my front and it looks like there's nothing there. the higher the tint %, the lighter it is. the % is how much light comes through out of 100%

Do 70% all the way around. Keep it looking even.

listen u dont know what u are talkin about tint also has a % factor ! its math seeeee
70%tint = 30% of light gets through
95%tint = 5% of light BUT u can also say

the tint is 30% or 5% but u are actually prefering to the light that gets through the tint sum people say light transparancy and others tint factor but both have % see what im talkin about. I refer to the tint as 35% light tint and 5% dark tint too but the NYState law has it the other way around.
