Default RSX Type R emblem question

just wondering to those who have them... i know the front emblem isnt just an emblem, it has like an adapter. do any of you know if the emblem and the adapter are one piece? or is it a sticker on top of the adapter. just wondering since i have a DSM type S i dont want to go to the trouble of having to paint the entire thing

A DSM type S? What is that i've never heard of that b4.
I've never seen a Mtisu type S....

I think you mean a USDM (u.s. domestic market) type S.

And yes, what JUN JDM said is true...

I did the Honda badges on my RSX a few months ago, they look great. The front bumper only takes about 10 mins to take off. Once that's done, two srews later and your done. The front emblem has a painted cover, so make sure you order the colour to match your car.
The rear emblem came off with just my fingernails. The new H will go right on, but i added some extra M3 to the back of it so it wouldn't be so easy to remove.

Type S comes in DSM over here. We'll trade you for the black interior in the white Type S's though :-P
