go with a set of adjustable coilovers, http://www.kwsuspensions.com

i talked to a guy and he gained 5 tenths with them, and plus jackson racing uses them on their cars.

all spring rates are used for is to handle the cars weight. the shock will do the rest. back in the day when there was no shock technology, people used the stiffest spring they could find, but now that you can adjsut the rebound and bump on a shock you can tune it to what your doing.

I have ground control coilovers, with the normal gc spring rates of like 250 front and 270 rear, i think for race they need to be alot stiffer though. running on stock shocks too

do you plan to drag race or road race? I would really recommend some shocks. koni yellows are reall good for the price but that's just my opinion or if you got money to burn apexi, jics, teins are dope I have friends with these shocks and they all work reall good for road race and drag strip!
