Default Intake color

I bought a generic POS intake off of ebay and wanted to make it this color

How would I go about doing that? Is there a spray paint that would leave it that clear/goldish look?

I would use a high temp paint. Most autozones, and other places like that sell a wide variety of high temp paints. Make sure you do a good job on the cleaning and sanding process, otherwise the paint won't stick. The prep is the most important part. Good luck.
