Looks good and I'm sure I am missing the obvious but how do you bolt it on? Is the aluminum plate on the back part of the TB or is that ment to be welded to the intake mani?
It looks like a Mustang TB. I made some plates to run them on Honda's a while back as I could buy a 80mm Mustang thottle body for $145 with a TPS.
If you make the plate available it might give a broader market.

Wow neat, you get to lose ALL velocity for 99% of the cars it will be installed on, lose hp, and you get all this for HOW MUCH???? Sign me up!
whoa people, it's time to clear out. The ******** are here! (see above posts for clarification)
Anyway, what would you use a TB this big on?
<hypa feels that 30+mm may be overkill for his M62 blower

92mm is 3.62"
I really don't see the problem here.. Big throttle bodys give poor part throttle driving and they are a little tougher to drive from a start. They tend to wanna take off right a way. Most intake plenums will be more than 3.5" around so what harm is there in having the intlet to the plenum the same size.. Again I am assuming forced induction.

Yes the aluminum plate is not part of the TB its ment to be welded the the intake manifold that the fabicator is designing
