Not that I like them but most are just vynil cut to cover your head lights. Most decal shops can do it. Just buy the sheet of vynil off of them and cut to fit. Some people use metal and place it over their hood to cover the headlights, which is jsut more weight IMO.

You know those black things some ppl put over there headlihts to give it that shitty look. Well you cold get some of those and then cut them to be eye lids. and even paint match if you wanted.

..and if you want it to look even better...get the clear headlight covers...cut em down and paint the inside
