Default A.T.S products ... How well are they?

Just purchased the ATS carbon single clutch , carbon steel Flywheel and the carbon LSD, I don't know if is worth all that much but I heard good things about them.
Have any of you guys try any of their products?

I know there final gears and close gears are really smooth and they make some badass carbon brakes, a roadrace version is under development and expected to be released next year. They have something for drag racing and time trial with limited lap times, but I don't think they are good to drive in the rain.

Not me!

I know that you are 'picture posting' challenged - but do you think you could post some pics of that stuff.

What kind of $ are we talking for the clutch? Does it include a new pressure plate?
Is it carbon steel or carbon fibre?

Hey Yunisden...do you know if they are still having the Wiles and 441 meets on Monday nights? I wasn't sure what's going on since the car crushing Bigfoot incident 2 weeks ago. that was they last time I was there.

sup Big Phat R, the carbon clutch and flywheel will be here Tuesday, and the LSD will be here from Japan end of next month. I will take some picture on my digital camera and email it to you, so you can posted it for me

I think they are selling it for $1900 for the carbon clutch, flywheel, pressure plates, etc. The disk is made out of carbon, the whole setup weights about 16.5 lbs with flywheel (7.9 lbs). The LSD retails at $1700 I think.

I haven't been to Wiles and 441, I have no idea what's going on out there. I missed the action with that F350

ATS has some incredible products. I'd love to get their carbon LSD and carbon disc clutch but very expensive. I've tried a few of their gearsets and have been more than happy with everything. I get all ATS stuff within a week as their service is excellent.

I love ATS products but the CUSCO/OS Giken super single has more clamping force and is cheaper to overhaul. I am planning to upgrade my OS super single to an ATS carbon Twin after I get my block back from GEM. There isn't a clutch LSD on the market that compares to the ATS carbon model.

ATS makes top notch products that are preferred by most of the pro race teams over here.

A.T.S. products are excellent. i have the 4.93 final and standard lsd. the difference between the carbon clutches/lsd's vs. standard A.T.S. clutches/lsd's is that the carbon has a smoother enguagement. check out www.racingcraft.com for more info. email yasu, he is a great guy and good to deal with.
