was woundering if anyone has experienced this...I will be driving my car for a long distance and a period of time I will try to bring my car past 5gs and it almost feels like a rev limiter kicks in or a fuel cut off it wont let my car go past 5gs.....if I stop and turn the car off then turn it on again it wont do it until the car has been driving a little bit...seems like a sensor is going bad or something that has to do with heat I have a VAFC installed on it spoon header spoon cams cam gears thrtl body etc usual mods....PLEASE HELP

 

thas weird i donno y it would do that. only thing i could think of is yo car having a governer on it but i doubt that.

yeah it is. simple english to. u should be able to understand it.

 

Sounds like a problem with the vafc.

 

are u getting any check engine lights? i've had a problem similar to that...but if u aren't setting off any CEL's...i can't say for sure.

 

Dumb question: have you checked your oil lately?
