Default ITR stuff on a GSR

Is replacing the stock GSR exhaust with ITR a simple matter? I'm talking the whole shebang - header, cat, b-pipe and muffler (which I already have). I'd planned on either having a custom b-pipe made, or have an ITR lengthened to fit. But I'm thinking I might as well wait and get the whole mess at once, rather than getting a new GSR header and leaving the cat. Is this a good plan?
I'm also thinking about going ITR suspension. I was going with H&R OE springs and KYB GR2 shocks, but I found out my bushings are worn out. My guy said it would be just as cheap to get new ITR rear lower control arms, ITR shocks and springs, and reinstall, instead of the laber to reomve the old bolts, remove the old bushing and put in the new bushings, etc. Generally, how would the ITR setup compare to the aftermarket one I mentioned? How about cost for parts? I really have no idea how to go about getting ITR stock parts. A&H Motorsports maybe?
Basically, I want a poor man's ITR. I'll be looking at intake, manifold and TB soon, too.
Thanx,

if you're getting the whole ITR exhaust manifold/cat/catback...then it should pretty much bolt right up and fit fine
