Default what vtec head on a b20?

ok i was wondering what kind of a head i should put on my motor. I was thinkin either a Gsr b18c or a LS. Need some advise and how much i will be spending.

you need to swap the whole motor, not just the head

and the LS isnt vtec

If you search on the internet there is a guy that attempted the "old" B20/vtec setup (from 88-91 prelude) and was actually trying to make a kit for it to work, but lost interest because of all the difficulties with it. If it is possible then swap the Whole motor. The old & new B20's arent even the same (compare headgaskets) because there is noticeable differences.

Correct, the B20 in the 3rd gen preludes is not the same as the other B series engines. You should do some searching to find more responses to your question, seems like you don't know much about doing a B20/VTEC swap, there is more than just switching heads.
