I got a 92 civic Ex 4dr w/ a d16z setup in it.. and i have a problem the car runs but not the best it idles fine but it wont rev past 3500 rpm while you driving and while you have it just sitting there... anyone got any ideas on what it can be?

check your spark plugs. they could not be firing right. Im not to sure though
