Looks like someone left a mark on my backseat. Looks like gum or some ****. Anybody know what to use to clean the seats?

 

I know how to get out small stains and stuff.....but gum?!?!

I don't think there is anything that will get gum out of the alcantara or the center part. I would say find out who did it and stick them with the bill.

 

Well I don't know if it's gum or not, but a small stain dried on there. Looks like it can be cleaned off w/ some kind of a cleaner. It's nothing serious. If it was gum, then someone would have a black eye already.

Try warm water and soap. Is it on the alcantara part of the tweed?

 

Try goo gone, helped me get gum out of my seat once.

 

kkim recommends using "woolite", which is a very mild liquid soap usually used for delicate fabrics. i haven't yet used it to clean the seats, but i have a bottle ready when the time comes to clean the seats. maybe you can IM kelly and ask him about his experience.
