Ya... My dealer wanted $175 for one of the polished ones (apparently made by AEM? ...or perhaps DC Sports around here?).

I'm with Mike... Carbon Fiber makes it go faster! (Back in my muscle car / hot rod days we used to say "Chrome makes it go faster", ah, how things change...)

 

Spoon c/f spark cover. I want!

 

why don't you go ballz out and get mugen.

 

What kinda deal can you/I get on a nice CF one?

how much does the carbon fiber spark plug cover go for? isn't it like 160 or something around there?

 

You could be fully over the top and get the Mugen "Formula HEAD Cover" and the Spoon "Spark Plug Wire Cover".

That's be almost $1200 of NO performance - When price is no longer an object and I can be frivilous with my $$$, maybe...

 

So does that qualify the Mugen v/c as rice? j/k

Spark plug cover wont fit over the Mugen valve cover. But that doesnt mean you could get a custom carbon cover. That would be cool

 

that mugen cover is supposed to be a lot lighter than
the stock one, so if its any consolation you're car will
be lighter and have a custom appearance. (ugly color)

but at $829 bucks i'm sure you could find other places
to lose weight. (like their radiator.. for $2200) muha.

 

Well if it saves weight, and thats the reason, why not drop an extra hundred and buy their header? Save some weight, and gain some hp.
