GSR rear unit onto 92-95 Hatch done.... But why is it so loud??
I originally put this thing on thinking it would be a nice quiet stock exhaust.
Instead its loud!
Could it be because im still using the stock civic mid piping?
or is this normal?
EDIT: I FIGURED OUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE... READ BELOW!

the welds look as though they are complete, but who knows right?
best bet might be to start the car up on a hoist and check for leaks!

ok guys i just fixed the exhaust today.
Here is what happened:
im using the stock civic midpipe and bolted on the GSR rear unit after being shortened.
Now the size of the flange from the civic midpipe was smaller than the GSR flange from the exhaust. The GSR flange is bigger.
So in the end i used a bigger gasket and some muffler cement just in case!! A GSR gasket is what you need!
Now its nice and quiet!!
EDIT: spelling ownz me
