Need instructions on polishing valve cover and what to use? Got pics????

I would like to see some pictures of a polished valve cover and how you did it and what you used.
I used a basic polishing method to do this one just like all the rest I've done, I'm sure you can find a nice step-by-step write up if you looked around on the site.

Use aircraft remover to strip the factory paint off of it 1st. Don't scrape it off or you will leave big scratches. Use water after the paint bubbles up to remove the finish. Repeat as needed.
