Default what exactly is a BORE

i just wanna know what is exactly done to the block when boring it out. say i want to bore to 84.5....what would have to be done such as resleeving.

Well it lives in the wild and is actually considered a delicacy in most....

Engine Bore is basically the diameter of your pistons and the sleeves they sit in. On your average B-Sereis motor excluding the B20 81mm is the standard. 81.50mm is the most that most go, 82mm is doable but the limit. Anything else you would need to get new sleeves installed to the specified bore, in your case 84.5mm.
