Just received G/C suspension but......
My friend just received his G/C setup today! But on the springs and on the box too there was labled GC 200.64.67 and GC180.64.44 . He ordered them 350lb F and 250lb R to use with his stock shocks. What does those numbers say? Are they 200lbs F and 180lbs R ? The part number on the box was 1020.01.
I don't have the link handy, but those numbers on the springs represents something else and therefore 200/180 are not the actually spring rates.

There's a thread in the RR/AX forum about this in the archives, I posted it several months ago. Do a search... Those are the OTS Integra rates that GC sends out, somewhere in the 380/250 area, IIRC.

Seems like the last number represent the spring rate in kg/mm?
6.7K = 375#
4.4K = 246#
The numbers are close to the 350# and 250# that your friend ordered.

I think it's newtons, not kg/mm. So it's actually about 98% of 6.7 newtons and 4.4 newtons, or 364lbs/in (6.6kg/mm) and 239lbs/in (4.3kg/mm) respectively.

I'm hoping that after they get their 100000th phone call, they'll make the spring marks a little easier to understand.

they are easy for the inhouse guys to understand , those are the kit part numbers I believe.
can you imagine if some warehouse guy had to handpick every set of coilovers , I'm sure some people would get some interesting springrates to say the least.
I never understood those stupid numbers on the springs myself , the ERS springs they sent me were standard format , but if those numbers are for their kits , than they do follow some kind of format at least...

I had the same ?..check the link above, and also check the coilover FAQ in user name Tyson sig.
Basically the rate shown above is in Kg/mm, not lb/in
That should answer all your ?, if you have anymore IM me directly

Thanks to all of guys. I thought that I received the G/C with the wrong poundage. The G/C are now installed. The car looks much better and also handles a lot better although my 350/250 setup is much close to stock. A big thanks to Jdm97R who installed them tonight after a hard day's works on a turbo ITR.
Will post pics later this week.
