Default CRX si cam in D15 motor...I need help...

I have a CRX si cam that im going to put in my D15B7. I was told that its a good upgrade for the d15 to gain more top end but still retain good idle. I was told that when i install it i have to move the gear one tooth off so that it will get into time because the D16 has a taller head or something like that. Anyone done this or know?

The D16A6 has the same head casting as the D15B2, but the A6 has a taller block. I do not know about the valve timing issue though.

If the cam is installed properly then timing should not be an issue. If you set the crank at TDC and the cam at TDC then put the belt on you are in time.
