if it was a real mugen kit, i would say keep it, but since its fake, i would get rid of it, and go back to stock. My style is more subtle changes, but looking OEM still. thats why im doing the JDM parts: its changes, but hardly noticeable to the untrained eye.

So if it was me, i would ditch the kit. My $.02

how is it 11pieces? just curious.

The only pieces I can think of are:
2 door pieces
2 side skirts
1 rear bumper
1 front bumper
1 Rear wing
+
2 bumper lights
2 mugen symbols

that how the kit is pieced out?

it also has the front and rear fender add ons to flare it out and the wing to componsate (-5sp)

Mugen kits never came with fender add ons. must be a different kit.

Yeah, that's the same kit that importfan claims is the mugen flared kit., it says three pieces just for the rear, I guess that is including the spoiler. and 4 pieces for the sides.

If it's that really agressive one, I say forget it. The mugen copy from WW is nice though.

i say sell the kit and go back to stock. i think stock CRX's look so sexy, expecially with a paint job.

depends what you like and where you live

do you like something that looks more show or do you worry bout whats under the hood

if show keep it, if under the hood sell it and go back to stock

and where you live, i live in a rice area, so you would blend in down here with that kit, but say an area with just jdm and clean usdm's you might want to ditch the kit before they flame you.

my .02 cents is with ditching it, i like to look close to stock with a little change, i don't like attention, and i worry more under my hood, so i say sell it.

id worry about sleeping when u got something to hide. otherwise keep it as is or junkyard some stock bumpers and ****.

goin JDM sir front end is as bad as having a flashy body kit to me.
I'd immediately know he paid 600+ jus for parts and then someone to install. guessing an average 800-1000 bux for jus the front end installed. Id then think u got something hot under the hood if u spent that on looks.

But hey some are all show no go. whateva floats yer boat.

if u dont like how it looks change it to what u think looks good. this is a real opinionative area.

if its a mugen kit or mugen wannabe kit. id keep it. as i run a mugen fake right now. 6 piece kit though no wing.

to me the 6 piece kit i got looks way hotter than a stock and if paired wit the JDM hood/lights its unstoppable in the clean department.

i do admit JDM sir front ends look hot by themselves. but not my style. so i think my mugen fake kit looks better.

jus my opinion

i also think it really depends on what color you paint your car.......... as long as u dont do a house of kolors planet green you wont catch too much attention with the WW kit as with the white crx above that looks very nice............

when i do paint my car im goin with a not so flashy charcoal grey.......

Just a wings west kit. I have it on my car too but has the jdm front end so I'm trying to get rid of it and slap on the jdm bumper. Keep stock front end man the ww looks nice but after a while you'll come to realize stock looks so much better.

Clean kits like the Wings West kit are a good option as you can see by looking at escocrx's car. Mine is another example of how to do it correctly.

i also believe the mugen kit is better then stock. i like it alot. it makes the car look much better. not as boxy not as 80s.... it gives it a better looking stance and overall its the only way id take a rex is with the mugen "style" kit (no wing, 6peice)

i think its a great looking kit. it not flashy... i just like it. once i get my new rex im def gonna be in the market for that kit..... as well as a d16z6 and all my assorted turbo parts

yay
