Default SHIFTING SEEMS ROUGH

recently i noticed that my shifta seems rough...some times its harder to get it into gears and its not as smooth as it was before...i have 145K and i replaced to clutch at 100K...so i was wondering if changing the tranny oil would make any difference??

thanks

yea, it should help, if it hasn't been done in a while. Just be sure to use genuine honda MTF.

honda mtf works great. another suggestion would be to use the GM synchromesh with friction modifier. do a search as many people swear by it. good luck

YES. Use either Honda MTF, Redline MTF, or Syncromesh.

I use synchromesh in my teg and i love it, no more 3rd gear grinds.
My gf uses it in her 89 Civic Si and loves it, and before she couldn't even get the thing in reverse w/out going into 3rd first.
