high flow cat?

Which high flow ca t do you guys recomend. I looked at both powercore and random tech. Which would you guys prefer. They both are direct bolt ons rite? Also is there a difference in a SH or base?

i recommend carsound and search.

they should be bolt ons.

SH and base cats are the same i believe. someone correct me if i'm wrong.
