my project pics!! JDM Integra type-r front end on an EG **56k beware**
many posted they had questions and stuff so i figured id put up my 2 days worth of work. i still have to make fenders and get a CF hood the hood on the car was just use for fitment. so its gone till i get a new hood.

the usdm fronts are hidious. they make me "sick"

wow.. you must be popular on this site or something.. every other time ive seen a thread about an integra front end on a civic, its always a bunch of idiots saying "RICE" or some other stupid ****.. but for some reason people arent saying **** to you.. maybe because you're turbo.. some how on this board, speed seems to make people forget about their opinions.. like, if someone has an SOHC, they will get called a rice boy because of the front end.. but an engine makes people all of a sudden dismiss the fact that one guys integra front end is rice, but another guys isnt..
however, i do like your idea and i always said to myself that if i had a civic, i would do that same thing if i had the money leftover from doing suspension & engine upgrades.. good luck, cant wait to see pics after its all complete

thats what i cant wait for either. just need to find a hood the one in the pictures has been returned to its owner.

so the ITR conversion hood just swaps on with no modifications? did u just weld the front frame on the eg or wha? looks good man

I don't like the idea of the Integra front end on a Civic, but I must say you're doing a kick *** job, and much props for doing it all yourself, I couldn't pull that off.

the hood swaps right over no mods.
the front sore support needs to be sectioned into the civic. this took the longest since if you look at the first pic its white back about 8 inches. that the difference in the gap from the old front end. I wanted it to look flwless no nasty welds or ugly marks and what not.. it took a while with a hammer and dolly but i like the finished product.
The funny part is the only reason i did it was to prove my fabrication skills in auto body. i watched american chopper for 5 hours 2 weeks ago and decide i need to revamp my auto body skills and do something crazy.
