Wut kind of tranny is a Ysk1???????????
I have this tranny and there is like a little emblem or somethin that is like embezeled into the tranny that says its a ysk1 tranny. Can any one tell me wut kind of tranny is it??????????????

THE LETTERS THAT YOUR SEEING R MOLDED ON THE TRANNY THERE JUST ON CABLE TRANNYS YSK 1` HYDROS R YSK 2 ITS MOLDEd ON THE VERY TOP ON THE SIDE OF THE TRANNY RIGHT. THE ONLY REAL WAY TO TELL ON A CABLE TRANNY IS THE LETTERS ON THE GOLD STICKER WITH THE #s on it it could be y1,j1,ys1,s1,a1 the best is ys1its a larger cable tranny.all the hydro gears can fit into it.

what if your trans has no other i.d.markings?I do not have the gold thing on my trans. it just says ysk 1 and i know an 94 LS clutch is a little too big 4 the splines.
