High RPM vibration..

High RPM vibration..
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might cause vibration to occur, but only when at higher RPMS.. I'm talking about 6k+ on a 99 GSR and isn't related to speed or how hard you're accelerating.. Thanks!

well, it's not my car.. I just wasn't sure where to start looking since I was figuring it wasn't wheel related, or it would happen more dependant on speed..
I'll have a look at the mounts.. Any other ideas?
