I believe you have it wired wrong. Take a picture of the front of the dizzy so we can take a better look.
According to the info that I have it goes like this.
Bottom left is the #1 (also has a C in a circle beside it)
Bottom right is #2.
Top left is #3
Top right is #4.
I'd say give that a try, and see what it does.
Also, I believe you have it too advanced.
Later.

To advance or retard your timing you loosen the 3 bolts for the distributor and you can rotate the distributor back and forth as you will notice the holes the bolts go in are slotted. That will allow you to advance or retard it. However you will probably need a timing light to do so.

Got it...and the order that was last listed was wrong...I tried it and nothing-wouldnt even start, replaced it with my order and turns over fine right away. I think my overall timing is off, any tips on timing procedures? Lets see if I can improve my weakness...

it looks like you have the firing order wrong... but its kind of hard to tell from the pics.

it should be 1-3-4-2 where on the dist cap 1 is the top left, then go around clockwise. like this:

1 3
2 4

it looks like you have 1-2 soemthing something, i can't see the bottom half.

to check your timing, set your crank to TDC. there are four marks on the pulley, three in a group then one by itself. use that one. line it up with the timing marks on the timing belt cover. your cams should point in very slightly. Or you could just use a timing gun. I've done this alot to get my cams just right.
