Default spring rate ?'s

im looking at getting some ground controls for a 91 hf... it will have a b18c in the future... i had neuspeed race on my old 89 si and thought they were a bit too stiff... so im thinking somewhere in the range of 425f/400r with a ST rear sway bar... looking for something that will handle well on the street and occasionally strip... any input appreciated

those rates are cool, are you going to use coil overs? I run 375 lbs all around on my crx and I ocasionally road race it. they are a bit on the soft side actually for track time

yeah im gonna use the coilovers... i still have my koni yellows from my old si im gonna use also... i think the neuspeeds were 575f/525r... i dont want them as stiff as this but not too soft... i think 425f/400r would be ok... it will have a heavier motor so i dont want the car wandering all over the place
