Default Rolling arches

I hope that this counts as a tech topic?
I am thinking of fitting 19s to the 4th gen VTEC when i eventually get it. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is actually possible, and if there is a way i could do the work myself. I would like to do most of the work myself, so your help would be most appreciated.

Is this a show car or road car? Show you will want to look very carefully at the offset of the wheels. That is a factor in determining clearnace to the lip. As for 19" that is fine static/display but generally terrible for the road.
Reconsider the size and go for 17" and you will not need to modify the bodywork-unless you lower it a bunch. Not only that, but the ride quality will be better because you will have more tire sidewall.

I've seen a 4th gen with 18s, and it looks like there is still space for one more inch, although it will probably ruin the turning ability of the car. But i don't care, 17s would be too small for my liking, they would have to be at least 18s, but hoping to squeeze 19s. mine will be used on the road, but probably not everyday, more for just posing, and if it gets good enough, i will enter it for shows, but that is way down the line

p.s. does anyone know how i can become a full member of honda-tech, as opposed to just a trial user?

i knew a kid who had 19's he had to get his fender rolled to make them work. before he got them rolled his wheels rubbed the fenders on ever little divot in the road. So if you want 19's expect plenty of rubbing.

As far as the trial membership goes, you just have to wait it out.
