Ok, I have somewhat of a dilemma...I have found a good deal on a set of Civic VX wheels (13x5"), but I can't seem to find a drag radials in 13" or a drag slick that will mount to a skinny *** 5"wide wheel. The best tire I have found for the 13" wheels so far is the ADVAN A032R, but it is a road racing tire with a real stiff sidewall, not really a drag tire I already searched on H-T, but I could only find info on 14"+ drag radials... Any help would be appreciated.

 

I wouldn't bother using them for the fronts as a drag wheel, they're pretty skinny. Just get regular street tires. I'd use them as "skinnies" for the rear, which I've seen people do before.

 

I think if you are wanting a drag wheel you should not try to use the VX and go get Lensos, Welds, or Bogies

Yeah, I probably will just end up getting a couple of Lenso's. I just wanted to use the VX because of the price i was gonna get them for, but then I ran into the problem of finding 0 tires that work for what I need...

 

Use them for rear skinnies, just pick up a cheap set of 155/80/13's and run about 40 psi.

 

make that 60 psi, but what do I know..................

 

the smallest slick size on a 13" rim is a 22x8x13. way too big for the 13x5 rim.
