Default LS parts fit on b20 bottom?

i'm rebuilding my friends b20 with his blown ls/vtec parts. we bought the b20 with nothing but the crank and mains.
can i use the ls oil pick up, oil pan, gurdle in to the b20. i think they are the same but need a second opinion. also are the torque specs for the crank and rods the same, cause i only have a Helms for the LS only right now

by gurdle i meant that cast one piece aluminum piece that goes on top of the crank mains. it supplies the mains with oil
