i really want to paint my sideskirts and lip. i've gotten 2 quotes and have been the same. 250 side skirts and 200 for the itr lip..seems a little high to me...but you never know with paint....or did any of you paint your own sideskirts that came out professional..??

$20 for my stock side skirts. DIY is off the heazy. They're a lil' rough, but it may be becuase of the material and texture that the skirt actually has. Either way I'm happy with the result.

 

I have about 30 bucks into doing my skirts. DIY one step aerosol from the automotive paint supplier here in town. Pulled the skirts and cleaned them, sanded them, cleaned them again, and then put on 4 coats of paint. I have maybe one or two rockchips on the underside of them, but they match and I have had them that way for almost a year now.

 

you guys got pics of your sideskirts...if it doesn't look to bad i might try it out.
Silver is pretty hard to match.

 

My sideskirts are smooth and they match. They tookdown my paintcode to get it matched.

 

there is an article on team-integra.net for DIY painting side skirts, good info i would do it but i have to order my damn color off the inet...anyway check it out lots of good info.

 

I paid $60 for the lip and side skirts.

 

My roommate's uncle owes a body shop. Prepped my door mouldings and side skirts myself and he painted them for $40 cdn...like $25 us and they match perfect. He cleared them and everything, they look absolutely perfect. I'll see if I can dig up some pictures.

itr lip, side skirts, and itr wing for 370. done at a local shop, includes flex additive and everything. came out great.

Yep, got mine done at Honda for that price. Look around, don't substitute price for quality.
