can i flush my engine of old radiator fluid???

can i flush my engine of old radiator fluid???

this fluid has just been chillin in the engine for about a year....how do i go about flushing the old the old fuid out? is it as simple as flushing a radiator?

there is a plug on the front of the block right under teh exhaust manifold. Open that up and all the nasty stuff should come right out.
