yo wasup fellas.....i was wondering if 310 dollars for ground controls coilovers for my 2001 prelude is a good price?? brand-new.....and i wanna lower it 1.8 inches.......is that low enough to look good?? and is there a limit on the SH models where u can lower it?? cuz i heard it could disable the SH if u lower it too much......help me out! thanx

how long does a shop usually take for installing coilovers?? do you know an approximation for price for installation?? can i lower it 2.2 inches without effectin the SH?

 

I know a shop in my town that charges 150 put coilovers on. Id say do it yourself because its not very difficult and its a good thing to start on when just starting to do your own work. PLus you can make money off other people that don't know how to lower honda's. as far as the SH goes, your diffinately gona need new struts with the GC and a camber kit if you want it to handle great. My friend with his 5th gen instaled GC coilovers without struts and it was like riding a rollercoaster..it would sway up and down.

 

so which struts are good? should i get sways too???
