Default jdm type r or p30's?

im doing an mild all motor setup to my gsr motor...should i throw in jdm type r pistons or jdm p30 pistons in there...ive heard the p30's give a little more compression, but are they as strong as the r's? also, i am planning on running skunk 1's, what compression do they work the best with? should i do type r or skunk valvesprings/retainers, and do they make any power past 8500rpms?

well horspower wise, i wouldn't know....but if you're looking for some crazy compression......you can always go ctr pistons for 12:0 compression it also depends on how much you drive the car(gas wise)....sticking jdm itr pistons into the gsr(b18c1) will give higher compression than the b18c5 due to the gsr head........
