Default torque on Integra gsr headgasket

i was wondering what i need to torque the headgasket to on a GSR

to torque the "head" with oem headbolts 22 then 63ft lbs...if u are using ARPs i usually go to 72ft lbs or higher..

maybe you should resurface that head to make sure it is flat sence your blowing headgaskets after only a week driving
