installing tein ha's Q

installing tein ha's Q
just finished installing the tein ha's anyway just a question
1) i assume tein are not side specific right
2) I managed to round the rear 14mm bolt that attaches the suusy to the rear lower control armm all I can say is buy a cheap socket, apply epoxy or JB weld and wha la off she comes
3) the recommended ride heights of \
front 25mm
rear 10mm
is that correct????? the car sits awfully low
what heights have you guys set your sussy to??
