My mph isnt working on my speedometer and engine check light is on ?
VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) fuse may have blown. Happens to me on occasion, havent figured out why yet.
Check your VSS fuse under your dash, its a 7.5amp. If its blown, replace it.

did you ever figure out why the engine light came on? and speedo doesnt work? Mine did the same thing, so I researched and it was a fust...but not what everyone said---it wasn't the VSS (thats the 4th one over) the one that blew was the RR defront relay fuse???
I dont know what the **** the problem is, but it's pissin me off.
Thanks.

The speed sensor whacking out is the cause of the check engine. It happened to me too. **** was reading 140 mph at a complete stop and going all over the palce. The dealer fixed it on warranty.
