I bet for the cost of installing all that **** into your car you could fly to Japan, buy a RHD car and have them import it back to the US.

I dont know how much money you are planning to put in this jdm "show car" but for around 7000 you can get a rhd crx sir shipped over from japan so why not do that and youll have the pimping glass top

first of all i just got off the phone with a company in cali a few hours ago and it will cost $100.00 for the swap kit, and $200-$300 for shipping and installation is going to be done by myself and a friend so in all honesty it will only cost im figuring about $500-$600 total cost. after all the car is already fully built but want more for that extra something.

100 dollars talked to the guy on the phone and he said that was for everything needed. by the way the guy has sold me other parts in the past and he keeps to his word. heres the story from where they import the front clip and sell only the engine swaps the guys has all of these rhd conversions just laying around, thats why its so cheap he just wants to get rid of them.

yeah...if its thats cheap, get me in contact w/ the guy
but anyways, i know of the dc and eg chassis you have to change the firewall because the jdm and usdm are a little different. would u have to later the firewall on ef chassis? it looks symmetrical so it looks like it would be a bolt on affair. anyone have any info on this?

this swap comes with everything needed to do the swap. you do have to change the firewall on all rhd front clips conversions, giving the steering wheel is on the right side of the car.

Don't sit here and bullshit everyone on here by saying that you found some crack addict that's retarded enough to sell and ENTIRE JDM RHD CONVERSION for 100 bucks. Anyone with a brain won't buy it. I know i'm not...I don't believe anybody could be that ridiculously stupid to sell the entire conversion for not even 1/12 what they could get for it from anyone ricey enough to try to make a USDM car a JDM car when it'll never be a JDM car.
P.S. cool guy- you said to try hmotorsonline if I didn't believe you? Have you went to http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...Parts and looked at just the SiR front end conversion listed at 700.00 used plus shipping? Hmmm....

hey smart *** i called steve himself and asked him so shut up.and it was the guy from jdmshit.com that said for 100 plus shipping because he has so many of them laying around he just wants to get rid of them. he imports them as the whole conversion swap and sells just the motor swap, hence leaving the shell of the front clip. if you dont beleive me then call jdmshit.com #1-909-548-4298 hours mon-fri 9am-4pm pst, weekends closed. ask about the front clip without the motor swap.see what he says. atleast some some of us are trying to do something with our cars. and some of us have the ***** to do it. ill see ya at nopi next year, and no its not going to take me that long to put it in. im estimating about 2-3 weeks straight, doing nothing else, so seeya bitch.

hey dummy, before you go off ranting and raving, maybe you should make sure you're on the right page. the link that you sent for the jdm conversion, thats not to convert to RHD, thats simply the front end conversion. not many people sell RHD conversions and keep them in stock regularly (as used parts) there are NO MECHANICAL PARTS in that conversion.
