What kind of engine does the SV have? I thought it was different than a normal streetbike, maybe I'm mistaken.

4 stroke v-twin i believe, unlike some bikes which use a inline four.

They're great bikes from beginner to expert. You should be able to find them for a little over 6grand otd for the 650S model. I liked the older model look better but the motor is pretty smooth on the new one.

It's a 4-stroke 650cc 2cyl V-Twin with roughly 70hp and 65trq. It weighs in at about ~350 dry and capable of very low 12sec 1/4 mile passes ( with a good driver ). It rides great throughout the rev range, lots of torque down low. Top speed is somewhere around 210-220 kph. It is very light an narrow due to the v-twin and very "tossable" I can just "flick" my body and lean into turns no problem.

Lots of fun! Thanks guys!
