I just got a 91 white 5 speed integra w/o a motor or transmission.
I've been looking for a b18a with no luck, what other engines can i just bolt in without screwing with new motor mounts and the wiring harness?

If anyone has a motor and tranny i have cash in hand, or i have an 86 mazda rx7 im willing to trade. its white with ebuni side skirts and rear bumper, racing beat header, centerforce clutch etc. for the gsr b18c1 or a low milage/modded b18a or b18b longblock and tranny.

got a pic of the rx7? i got a 98 b18b motor w/50000 miles... no tranny.. becuz it is hydro.. and u need cable.. 1200 for motor.... you pay for shipping.. california.......

 

Don't have anything to sell you, but http://www.g2ic.com is your new favorite website. Since the teg comes with a b series, all of the b series bolt in. Unfortunately it needs a cable-clutch tranny and the short geared ones are hard to find. Good luck and have fun!

dude, you can do all kinds of **** with that car... pretty much any b-series will fit with stock mounts.

 

yea, any b-series motor will fit, but on LS motors will fit in and use the same wiring harness. good luck

Spoodgedc2: Im getting pics of the rx7 this week.
here some more details: 170k on the body, engine and tranny were both replaced @119k with engine and tranny out of a donor car with 35k.
the interior is in good shape, no rips just a couple stains on the pass. side seat.
The exterior could definately use paint, but looks really good with the ebuni sideskirt and rear bumper. it also has a very rare spoiler stock from mazda(they only about 1000 with this spoiler in 1986)
Mods: racing beat header, 2.5" catback, and a centerforce clutch
It needs a new front bumper( i took the old one off it was badly cracked and not repairable) and shifter bushings. It runs and drives with no problems what soever.
it holds good compression and doesnt smoke at all.
im looking to get 1700 or best offer if i sell it.
i also have some extra parts for ex. 93 r1 front bumper, extra new storage bins, black cloth turbo model seats, some other misc stuff.

got a b18b minus tranny with 100k mi in great shape for its mileage for sale. needs 1 new con rod, valve cover, and sensors. dont have a set price, so all serious offers are considered.

ANY OBD0 B engine WILL bolt in.
All, the others above are correct, you WILL need a cable tranny, though.
If you want to upgrade the car electronically, to OBD1 any B16, B17, B18B, or B18C WILL fit, just get a cable tranny and convert harness and you're done.
Scour J/yards there have got to be tons and tons of B18A's out there.
How many miles on the shell, BTW?

be prepared to spend alot of money.. 1200 for a b18a is straight up rape.. you can get a b16a, with less milage and everything you need at hmotorsonline.com for 1400.. if you can find a b18c1 with a short geared cable tranny, you will have a fast little car with lots of potential..

the interior is ok, unfortunately a few monthes back (this was my best freinds car) i was driving it and i got pulled over, the police went sick because they found alchohl in the truck. They ripped apart the car looking for drugs so now misc. plastic are cracked and they damaged other **** too.
Right after that happened we parked the car, pulled out the motor and were about 70% done putting into a 95 civic hatchback.

I too have a B18A. its compelte engine, head, block, clutch assembly, hell it even has the A/C compressor. Its never been disassembled, looks like it was just pulled from the car. I dont know very much about it, I dont know the mileage, I have no manifolds specifically for it (although I have some crv manifolds if you want them) like I said, I know very little about it, but it is in decent shape, and IT IS LEGIT, (i.e. not stolen). I dont want very much for it... i.e. 300 bucks
