BEST ALL MOTOR BUILDER/WEB SITE?

Had a motor built by dave hickman but they keep giving me the run around so i want to find another builder... anyone know?

There are a few good engine builders, even on this site
Omniman
Rocket
Jerry (not on this site) but then alot of his friends are
Eugene from prostreetimport, i heard he is honest
Import builders...

There are more... other people can add to the list

what are you goals? what is your budget? when do you need it? what brand preferences do you have?

street car... the dave hickman motor was a ls/vtec....ordered in february still no motor and they dont wanna give me a refund... budget is 7k looking for prob a built gsr or type-r around 220 whp...set up is a 95 ex, 2 inch drop with skunk2 coilovers,15 inch racing hart cpf tuneR's wrapped in dunlop sp9000, spoon n1 exhaust and spoon 4-2-1 header, comptech icebox intake and thats about it..... oh yea i wanna be in the mid 12's
