there is no real need for a new intae manifold...but if you want one, then i would suggest AEBS's intake manifold...but your set up does not really warrant a new manifold...the ITR one is a good manifold.

The Skunk2 manifold is the same thing as the ITR manifold.

Looks like you are already making some good power with your setup capcon... why not try a JDM final drive, light flywheel or suspension?

Answer me this.

Why do you NEED another mod? Your car makes some seriously nice power now.

Do you track your car? drag? anything? just street?

If you have something that you feel is not right with the car, address that, and find out what mods may help to fix the problem.

If you just want to buy a mod to buy a mod, don't buy a mod.

I would not buy an IM.

I personally, with your setup, (for myself of course), would get a lightweightf lywheel and clutch, suspension, a seat, steering wheel, camber kit, and a roll bar. But that's just me. I'm pretty vehemently opposed to changing internals in my engine, seeing as 190hp and 130tq on a track is VERY fast, even without suspension, etc.

i would have a custom intake manifold or buy a b16 head and get it ported

you definetly do lose power from about 7k though from lack of air most likely

or look into getting a hondata setup

lawrence @ dsr can tune hondata pretty good

you might have around 5whp from 5k up with just hondata

jg intake manifold wont make good power for a street kaa unless you are above 7krpm all the time
there are 3-4 cars about to dyno the aebs you could wait for that, or get one and try out for yourself

I agree with Champ R, get the JDM or or even ATS final drive of 4.929.

Top speed will drop from 150 to 137 (approx) but acceleration will increase.

If you do that, have it extrude honed or send it to DPR to have them port it out. It will help clean up the inside of the AEBS. It should add a decent amount of power (2-6hp) throughout your powerband.

JDM Final Drive for sure.
Do you have an LSD? If not then i'd definately get one.

Clutch, Flywheel, Lighter rims are good options as well. I would keep your stock Intake Manifold.

Thanks for all your guys recomendation,
I have lsd and im realy not into autocross, never did it, i mostly drag race. the jdm final drive is it expensive, and costs of putting it in?
but i should go with hondata like laurence said and get a vailve train so i could set my revlimit higher cause i make power up there.

I love the JDM final drive, I would either go with that or doing some work on the valvetrain i.e. cams, springs, retainers etc. Get it tuned again, and go have fun.

if you are in to drag racing , then you can benefit with a shorter FD . like 4.7jdm or even the ATS 4.9 a nice clutch and flywheel combo would be nice .That way you shoulnt have any problems went you launch of the line . From there you can work on suspension , racing seats would be nice . If you still feel the need for more power (which is going to cost you ) then p n p and more CR would help (but thats just opening a can of worms that later on you can regret ) remember that right now your set up is very reliable so i would keep that in mind
