mine looks pretty straight through to me... saw straight through to the end of the muffler when it was brand new. as stated by the greddy site, "Our unique straight-though design allows for the perfect compromise between Power, Torque, and a deep- throaty Sound." doesn't specifically say which one, but i assume they're talking about all of their mufflers; otherwise, that would be false advertising. but it also does say, "Although mufflers can look the same from the outside, our internal construction sets our systems apart." it is pretty confusing, but if u wanna check it out for urself, go to http://www.greddy.com/products/exhaust_frame.htm . i personally like the design of the sp better. the one on my car is the greddy sp II, don't know if that one is different from the original sp other than the tip, but i did not see anything altering the flow of the exhaust except the resonated holes inside the muffler (kinda hard to explain but it looks like the evo in the cutout pics). all i saw was a fade to black because no more light went into the muffler.
