Default Brakes Problem

I've been hearing this squealing or squeaking noise comming from my left side of the brakes. What could be the problem? It looks practically normal to me.

more than likely your pads are getting low. If you really dont wanna change them, bend the "sqeeler" out of the way

What would be recommended? What's the difference of buying the pads and bending the squealer? Of course buying the pads would be recommended but what if i bend it?

Bending the squealer is dumb. You might get a few more miles out of this, but the pads need to be changed. Suck it up and spend the $60.

Exactly, your brake pad is going out really soon. Replace it.
