sup. Im thinking of getting a used tranny I have a 90 accord lx but i want to put in a prelude tranny instead, which prelude tranny would be the easest to install, any one know which is a good web site to get one, and how much do you think this swap will cost me thanks.

 

Well the 2 prelude trannies are one from a non-vtec and vtec car (H23 and H22). They will bolt up to your F-series engine. I would go with the H23 tranny if you really NEED a prelude tranny.

 

what year h23 tranny.

 

if you dont have an h22 or h23 I would not do a tranny swap. I dont see a reason why you would need to.

 

93-95 h22 trannys have a closer gear ratio, than a h23
