Default Crower cam question

im buying Crower cams for a winter project on my 97 lude, but i need to find out whats the difereance from dual springs and single in the valve train?and do i need to buy new valves too?

I beleive all h22'2 have duel valve springs anyway!!!

dohc motor generally use Dual Springs

like the F springs from the accord are only singe and they are SOHC

B DOHC springs are dual. i think that it has to do with teh developement and the ability to rev up a lot higher then SOHC
