Default does anyone have the energy suspension motor mounts for a 94+ integra

i have a set of these and haven't put them on yet. will do so after i finish up with my clutch. if anyone has them, do they go over the rubber mounts or am i supposed to knock the rubbers ones off? and what are the squares and zip tie looking things for?

i bought this as an open packaged item and there weren't any instructions. and am i supposed to apply the lubricant to it that comes with the other bushings such as the shifter bushings?

Those are inserts. They go on either side of the existing rubber mount. The zip ties are to keep the whole thing together, but I forget which one they go on. (It's the only one with holes) Just make sure to trim the zip tie flush to the mount. They shouldn't need lubricating. I have the instructions, but they are worthless, so don't feel too bad.
