Look at my signature for my current set-up. I am planning on getting skunk2 stage I cams, ITR valve springs, skunk2 programmed ecu, VAFC II, and ??? what else should I get and what do you think I might put down at the wheels, and 1/4 time. Thanks for your help and info.

I would invest in a better header and a high-flow cat. before the cams and valvesprings. And if you're going to go through the expense of purchasing a Skunk 2 ECU and a VAFC II, you might as well go with Hondata instead. If you're dead-set on getting the cams too, don't forget a set of adjustable cam pulleys.

sounds like a good plan. thin out the head gasket to raise the CR.
