H&R doesn't sell shocks, except for what comes with their coilovers, and I doubt they manufacture those.
H&R Sport springs are junk, they drop the car too much and aren't stiff enough for the amount of drop.

I have mine dropped on H&R sports paired w/ koni yellows and skunk2 camber kits. It might be the fact that I travel on really well kept roads, but I love the ride. The shocks play a big part in the the comfort of the ride.

I drive on really bad roads and the ride sucks. I really think stiffer springs will make it better since the car won't be able to bounce as much.

think this is a good idea?</TD></TR></TABLE>
I don't know, you will probably get about the same drop but a softer spring, which is not good when you have reduced suspension travel.
